  • Staffed Monday-Wednesday, 9 a.m. - Noon

  • Monday-Wednesday, Noon - 4 p.m. and Thursday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (CL29 Only): Please note, this service will be limited to submitting applications for assistance; petitions will not be prepared during these hours.

  • Important: Applicants must bring their RAP sheet (Chicago RAP and/or Illinois State Police Report) in order to submit an application for assistance either on the 10th floor or at Concourse Level 29.
